Located in the town of Gleizé, in the heart of Beaujolais at the door of the Pierres Dorées, Caroline & Nicolas open the doors of their cocoon to spend a holiday with family or friends. This old farmhouse, completely renovated, is a bright house with open views of the vineyards to let go as soon as you arrive. The grounds are equipped for adults and children, with a swimming pool (June, July, August), a petanque court and a play area. The space This 160 m² house has been renovated with taste and quality, it is composed of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ideal for 8 people. The ground floor is composed as follows: - A very well-equipped open kitchen with a dining area for 8 people; - A pleasant living room with television; - 1 double bedroom en suite with king size double bed (180), bathroom with bathtub and storage; - 1 separate toilet - 1 laundry room with washer & dryer Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms: - 1 shared bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet; - 2 double bedrooms with a queen size double bed (160) and storage; and one with a double bed of 140 - 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed and storage; - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet accessible directly from the last two bedrooms. For your little ones, you also have 1 umbrella bed Outside, you can enjoy garden furniture and a dining area for 8 people, with a gas grill, by the pool. Deckchairs are also available. You can enjoy the visit of the Little Owl of Athena, a small stocky owl that comes at dusk or night, and sometimes during the day when it hunts. Its advantages: - stunning views of the outside and the adjoining vineyards, - a swimming pool with outdoor furniture and plancha available, - an outdoor area designed for young and old: petanque court, ping pong table, children's play area. The pool is open from June 1st for this year 2025. Guest access 9 minutes from the center of Villefranche-sur-Saône, 15 minutes from the entrance to the A6 Motorway and 20 minutes from the entrance to the A89. You have access to the ground floor and the first floor of the house. The garage and the 2nd floor remain reserved for the owners. Other things to note The wood-burning stove is not operational during the summer, for other periods you will find the operating and cleaning instructions in our guide. Wood is not available. This property is inhabited by a family, and far from standardized and sanitized properties dedicated solely to rental. The cleaning fee includes the supply and maintenance of linen (bath towels, bed linen, tea towels), consumables as well as the cleaning service provided by professionals upon departure. *** Accommodation rules *** We allow check-in before 4 p.m. and check-out after 11 a.m., upon request, beyond a period of 2 hours a surcharge is applied. The person booking must be present during the stay. Parties and noise after 9 p.m. are prohibited. No pets allowed in this accommodation.
