Gated community house

Come and enjoy the delightful beach of Barra do Una in a cozy house inside a gated family condominium, with only 10 houses (this one being a duplex). The space We have 4 cozy suites, a living room with a smart TV that connects to the dining room and kitchen. Everything is open! On the terrace we have a living room and gourmet area with barbecue, pizza oven and griddle. The island kitchen is complete with a gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerators, air fryer, electric oven and much more. Guest access Guests have access to all areas, with the pool being the only common area of the condominium. Other things to note We rented the house with a housekeeper paid separately directly to her ($200). She cooks very well and is available to make lunch! Please note her hours, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.! We do not offer bed and bath linens! But we have pillows and blankets available! Attention: 2 king beds, 1 queen and 2 single beds! We have extra single mattresses if needed!
