The villa is securely enclosed with a gated entrance. Upon check-in, you’ll receive keys and for complete independence. Housekeeping service is provided (frequency depends on your length of stay; see “Other details to note”). Our pool maintenance team will come twice a week (at mutually convenient times) to keep the pool crystal clear, and a gardener will tend the plants – otherwise, the place is all yours to enjoy in privacy. Other things to note Utilities for Stays: Wi-Fi, drinking water, and trash collection are provided free of charge for all guests. For monthly rentals, electricity is charged based on meter usage (to encourage mindful consumption). Short-term stays (under 28 nights) include all utilities in the price. Noise & Neighborhood: Our Villa is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for the neighbors (no loud music or parties, please). This is not a party villa – occasional BBQs or small gatherings are fine, but large events are not allowed. Children: Families with kids are welcome! Please note that the pool is not fenced, so young children must be supervised at all times. Safety: The area is considered very safe and we’ve never had any issues. However, please lock the doors when leaving the villa and store your valuables in the safe. Smoking: Smoking is only allowed outdoors (on the patio or in the yard). Please do not smoke inside the villa. Ashtrays are provided for your convenience. Pets: We generally do not allow pets, but may consider them on a case-by-case basis for long-term stays (please inquire in advance). We’ve tried to think of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A detailed house manual will be provided after booking, and we’re happy to answer any questions. Getting There & Around The Villa is located in Ungasan, South Kuta — approximately 30–40 minutes by car from Ngurah Rai International Airport (depending on traffic). Airport transfer can be arranged upon request (for an additional fee) — a driver will meet you at arrivals with a sign. If you’re driving yourself, we’ll send you Google Map coordinates; the villa is easy to find via the main Jalan Raya Uluwatu road heading toward Melasti Beach. Transport: The best way to explore the area is by renting a scooter or car. We can help arrange scooter rental or car rental. Ride-hailing services like Gojek and Grab are widely available for quick trips. Taxis are also an option, and many local restaurants and cafés offer delivery directly to the villa. Nearby Attractions: Many popular spots are just a short drive away. Melasti Beach and Karma Beach are about 8 minutes away. Sundays Beach Club and Savaya Bali are around 12 minutes. The surf beaches of Bingin, Padang Padang, and Dreamland can be reached in 15 minutes, and the famous Uluwatu Temple is about 20 minutes away.
