A 170 m2 house combining modernity and elegance, ideally designed to accommodate up to 10 people in a quiet, residential environment, while being close to shops, beaches and the city center of Dinard & next to Saint-Malo The pool and spa are heated from May to October The space On the ground floor, discover a living room bathed in light with a friendly fully equipped kitchen with 1 fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee makers + Nespresso Vertuo , kettle, toaster, microwave, orange press.. 
 A dining table with two extension cords for up to 12 guests.
 An office including sink, washing machine, dryer, second fridge and freezer. 

 A living room with 4-seat sofa, 4 armchairs, TV (satellite channel) 

A self-catering toilet.

 Also on the ground floor you will find a master suite with a king-size bed (160 * 200 cm ), its private bathroom with walk-in shower and dressing room.
 Upstairs, a relaxation area awaits you with a comfortable sofa as well as the 3 & 4 play stations for video game lovers. There is also an office area, with wifi (fiber) available in the whole house. 
 A second master suite with king-size bed ( 160*200 cm ), large closet and bathroom with a walk-in shower to offer you privacy and comfort. Two other bedrooms are equipped with double beds ( 140*200 cm ), with large closets.
To finish a fifth "dorm room" with 2 90* 200 cm pull-out beds (sleeps 4) A large bathroom equipped with walk-in shower, bathtub and two basins is available in these bedrooms. 
 Separate toilet. 


 Outside a south facing terrace of 120m2, part of which is sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola under which you will find a living room and a 5-person jacuzzi. For the pleasure of young and old, a swimming pool of 8 meters * 3.5 meters equipped for the safety of children with a protective curtain and heated from May to October. 6 sunbeds, 2 umbrellas are here for you.
 For outdoor dining, a dining table that sleeps 8 people sheltered by a 4*3-meter umbrella. You have a charcoal grill and gas grill in an outdoor kitchen area. All in the heart of a tree-lined garden of 720 m2 and fully enclosed with a secure electric gate.

 You can park up to 5 vehicles
. 4 bikes are also at your disposal under the carport. Bed linen and towels are provided ( one small and one large towel per person ).
