Villa Lankas with Heated pool

Our Villa Lankas is a beautifully presented 3-bedroom property with a private pool. Able to accommodate 8 guests, the villa is ideally located in the tranquil area of Kokkines in Ayia Napa. Situated just a short drive to the Mediterranean Sea and numerous Blue Flag beaches, plus within easy access of Ayia Napa centre with a variety of bars & restaurants, the whole family can be kept entertained!! The space The Villa boasts an open plan layout, offering a stylish living room with a huge U-shaped sofa-bed which will comfortably sleep a further 2 guests, smart TV, and a dining table seating 6 guests. The dining area leads directly out to the garden and private pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for your comfort and provides guests with full access to an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and much more, to cover your every need during your stay. The ground floor also benefits from a downstairs W/C. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms - 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room. The master bedroom boasts access to a private balcony and spacious ensuite bathroom which boasts a corner bath! The second double bedroom and the twin room both share the main bathroom with walk-in shower. Guest access The outdoor area is secure, private and is partially surrounded by stunning, natural Cypriot landscape for a truly tranquil feel. There is a private swimming pool with 6 sunbeds, the ideal spot to soak up the sun and enjoy a refreshing cocktail by the pool. Enjoy the BBQ facilities and dine al fresco, or perhaps sit under the pergola for shade in the comfortable low-level seating. By night you can enjoy the beautiful ambience of the garden, with only the fairy lights and the glow of the pool to compete with the night sky. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: ONLY GUESTS LISTED ON THE BOOKING FORM ARE ALLOWED INTO THE VILLA OR ALLOWED TO USE THE FACILITIES UNLESS AGREED IN WRITING PRIOR. We supply towels and beech towels. Optional services/Upon request: 1 Cot for free available on request Mid-Stay Clean: Price: EUR 85 per booking. Extra Towels: Price: EUR 3.00 per person. Pool heating service has an additional charge, please enquire at least 7 days before arrival, if interested in this service. We require €300 deposit, which must be paid before your arrival. Safety deposit will be returned to the same bank account within 5 days from the moment of departure after checking the villa's condition.
