Quaint Fisherman's Cottage

Rose Cottage offers a cosy retreat at all times of the year, perfect for couples wanting to get away from the crowds in winter or enjoy the vibrance of the village in the summer. This quaint, well equipped cottage is one of the oldest in the village and offers modern living whilst retaining period features. It is dog friendly (up to one per stay) and perfectly situated within the village and also for the coastal path, beaches and surrounding areas. The space The living room has a traditional lime flagstone floor, a wood burner, an electric heater, a comfy 3 seater sofa to sink into and a table and chairs for dining. The kitchen contains an electric double oven and grill, an overhead extractor fan, kettle, 4 slice toaster, sink and a built in undercounted fridge with icebox. There is a small wet room and a small cloakroom with toilet, sink and heated towel rail. The bedroom upstairs has a pitched ceiling (so has restricted headroom), built in cupboard space, a double bed and light switches/USB/sockets either side of the bed. Guest access There is a keysafe located on the front door frame for easy access. Other things to note Parking is available in the village car park where there are EV charging points. A permit will be available for guests to use free of charge but an additional charge of £120 will be incurred if the permit is removed from the cottage on departure. Towels and bed linen are provided but please bring your own beach towels. There will be an additional charge of £50 if the towels provided have been used elsewhere. The cottage is dog friendly (no other pets) but is restricted to one dog per stay. Please bring your own pet towels/beds etc. and wipe down your dog before entering the cottage. Pets are not allowed on the sofa or upstairs. Wifi and smart TV available. It is the guests responsibility to ensure check out of personal accounts on the TV before departure. The main flooring downstairs comprises of tiles. For your comfort please bring slippers/indoor shoes with you. There is restricted headroom upstairs in the bedroom. No smoking is permitted within the property. If smoking outside, please ensure all butts are responsibly disposed of. Parking is available in the main village car park. It does get busy during high season.
