House with beach on island in Paraty

We accommodate up to 8 people. The house is located on Ilha do Araújo in Paraty, with beach and pier, balcony and view of the sea and historic center of Paraty The island has a restaurant and bakery, but it is also possible to take boat trips and go to Paraty, where there are other shops and conveniences available. We can recommend speedboats and boats for tours on the islands in the region (prices to be agreed upon with the company). The space Upon entering the house, guests will have access to the living room with sofa and the kitchen, which has the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, cooler among others. Next, we have the balcony, which has tables and chairs for dining while you can admire the sea view. We have two suites on the ground floor, one with two single beds and the other with a queen bed. The master suite is on the second floor, and has a double bed and two single beds. We do not provide parking spaces. Cars can be parked in the Praia Grande parking lot. Guest access Guests will have access to all the premises of the house, as well as the private beach and pier. Other things to note - We do not provide WI-FI. The 3G and 4G signal fluctuates frequently, but works well in the island region. - We do not provide linen, only 8 complimentary pillows, no pillowcases. Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels and blankets. We can offer these items with an additional charge of R$500.00, which must be requested in advance, at the time of booking. - We allow 1 small or medium-sized pet per stay, upon request. The animal is only allowed to roam outside the house. ATTENTION: The surroundings of the house are not protected by walls or fences, requiring attention with the pet. - It is necessary to make a boat crossing (the check-in and check-out crossing costs are already included in the reservation) to access the house. Each crossing takes up to 4 people (two trips being necessary if the number exceeds that, up to 8 which is the guest limit) and lasts on average 3 minutes. If you wish to make other crossings during your stay, a fee of per person (round trip) will be charged. - You need to climb some stairs to access the master suite. However, the other two suites are located on the ground floor.
