We created this refuge to be your home here on Pitangueiras Beach (Guarujá-SP). An apartment super close to the sea, just a 5-minute walk! Very cozy, filled with natural light. You won't even need to worry about driving, there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars, all close to the apartment, as well as a 24-hour pharmacy and beautiful sights. The space The space 📍The apartment is located on the third floor of a very quiet and family-friendly condominium (no elevator) in the neighborhood of Barra Funda - Pitangueiras (Guarujá-SP). The beach is 500 meters away (5-minute walk). The apartment has: Living Room, Dining Room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, Laundry Room and 1 parking space. 🗺 We are close to La Plage Shopping, Rei do Trigo Bakery, 24-hour Droga Raia, Drogaria São Paulo, gas stations, Lojas Americanas, McDonald's, Burger King, Cobasi and a variety of restaurants. Guest access Access is via passwords on electronic locks. Other things to note I accept reservations with traditional check-in and check-out times, but I also offer the possibility of negotiating extended check-in and check-out times with a price adjustment to be agreed upon.
