If you are so inclined to interact with horses, we offer both riding and ground lessons for beginners to advanced - Maplewood Farm has been in business for almost 30 years! Located just 5 miles from Fulton, MO and only 20 miles from Columbia, MO and easy access to I70 and Hwy 54 The space This 480 sq ft home has way more room than you would think! The high ceilings and all glass garage door give the illusion of more space. The kitchen is fully stocked, with full sized appliances, a keurig, and all of the basics needed to cook like you would do at home. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and a wonderful view of the surrounding woods. Wake up to soft sunshine and deer wandering by, and sip coffee on the front porch. There is a loft that sports two twin beds, perfect for kids or adults that act like kids. With a full mesh barrier and a door at the top of the stairs, it is very safe but still feels like you are sleeping in a treehouse! Note also that the stairs are steep and a little taller than normal. This house offers a stacked washer and dryer, a full sized shower and plenty of room for storing your belongings. The dinner table even folds up into the wall, so it only takes up space part time. There is a lot of rich history contained in these walls - the windowsills were handmade by my husband out of wood that came from his grandfather’s old barn. The bathroom door was salvaged from an old building in the historic Fulton brick district, and the wardrobe in the master bedroom is over 100 years old! Enjoy cold AC in the summer or toasty heat when the snow flies, and feel free to log onto our free wifi. Is it a cool autumn evening? Other things to note Horseback riding packages are available at an additional cost, message me for pricing, availability and requirements Pets are very welcome here but PLEASE disclose your pet ahead of time and pay the fee, we clean the tiny house heavily after a pet stay in case the next guest is allergic.
