FULL HOUSE: Newly renovated, off grid house with a large swimming pool right outside your back door, and unlimited access to 14 kilometers of hiking trails at Bolita. The house is nestled between Rio Tigre and Corcovado Park, situated at the very end of the village of Dos Brazos, so you'll be surrounded by nature, with no interruptions. It's the perfect chance to find that escape. Very suitable for one couple, but ample space for two couples, or a family of 5. The space 2 generously sized bedrooms, each with a king sized bed. One bathroom, dining table, breakfast bar, inside seating area, and daybed. On the front patio is a spacious covered seating area and hammocks. Out the back door is a 3m x 10m swimming pool, and sun patio. You'll also find a USB charging station, a generous Pelican cooler, and LED lights throughout. Mosquito/sand-fly nets on all beds. Off grid solar power station. Fully equipped kitchen with a generous cooler and 5 burner gas stove. Indoor cool water "rain-shower", flush toilet Potable spring water system from the mountains above the site. Fully secure. Situated on a 3 hectare property, no neighbors, no traffic Guest access This 3 hectare property is all yours during your stay, as well as unlimited access to Bolita hiking trails. Other things to note Meet us at the Bolita office where you'll park your car, stow any extra luggage and we'll show you to the house. (there is a 7 minute walk to the house).We'll bring ice upon request, and you'll have 24 hour access to pick up ice at the Bolita office. You'll also have access to the fridge and freezer at the Bolita office as needed.
