Welcome to your cozy Aldergrove retreat! Our charming studio basement suite offers a comfortable stay with a private entrance, private outdoor area and guaranteed parking. The suite features a double Murphy bed, 55” tv and electric fireplace. There is also couch which folds down to another double bed, if needed. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the dishes utensils and tools you could need as well as condiments, sodas and coffee to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The space Please note that this is a basement suite below a family of 4. While it has been soundproofed, and we do our best to be quiet, there may be the odd noise once in a while. This is not a spot for a lavish getaway. More of an affordable, clean place to stay if you are visiting someone in the area or working out of town. Our wifi is blazing fast. The TV is a smart tv with hookups for game consoles or other devices. There is lots of parking and we have a selection of board games, books and puzzles to keep you occupied. Our property is located less than 10km from Abbotsford International Airport. About a 15 minute drive. Vancouver International Airport is about an hour drive at 40km away. 6km to Aldergrove US border crossing & 40km to Bellingham International Airport. Please note that there are camera’s on the outside of the home for security purposes only. Other things to note Our suite comfortably sleeps 1-2 adults. There is a fold down couch and guests have chosen to have an additional 1-2 people stay with them and sleep on the couch but it is quite close quarters.
