RPPN Linda Serra dos Topázios - Red House

One of the first private environmental reserves in Brazil, recognized by IBAMA in 1994, 480 hectares of native and preserved Cerrado, bordered by rivers and trails of up to 10 km. We are dedicated to research, education and conscientious visitation of the Cerrado and we have lodging at Casa Vermelha. Those who stay at RPPN Linda Serra dos Topázios will experience an immersion in nature, listening to the sound of the Pedra em Pé river next door, the singing of birds, and will be able to enjoy our trails and attractions. The space The house has a 2-bedroom structure, plus 1 equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery, among others) and 2 generous bathrooms outside the house. Guest access WHAT IS INCLUDED: - Daily rate for the house with the right to use an equipped kitchen, mineral water and bathroom; - Free visit to all the attractions of the RPPN: sunset viewpoint; astronomical observatory (if you have one, bring your telescope); Topázio and Pedra em Pé rivers (which is behind the house); trails to the Rosinha well, Poção, Poço da Diretoria, Garganta Waterfall and Encontro dos Rios. Note: You need to hire a driver to go to Garganta and Encontro dos Rios. Other things to note CAUTION: Meals or any other service are not included, so the guest MUST bring: - Bed and bath linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, etc.); - Food for your consumption; - Personal hygiene items; - Medication; IMPORTANT INFORMATION 1. Campfires are not allowed, except in the places intended for this purpose, which will be signaled to visitors; 2. Sound is not allowed; 3. Alcohol consumption is not allowed on the trails and waterfalls; 4. We do not accept pets, as we are a Conservation Unit; 5. There is no type of meal or food being sold at RPPN Linda Serra dos Topázios, the nearest place to buy food is in the city of Cristalina, which is 12 km from the reserve. 6. As a wild space, there are venomous animals and other risks. Check our website for the rules and precautions for staying in the reserve and hiking on the trails.
