Notify 1 day in advance of the expected arrival time and on the day, 1 hour in advance of the arrival time, after 8:00 pm, a charge of 110 reais for delivery of the key. 📶 Internet: Internet available. ✅ Check-out: collect the garbage and leave it in the laundry room or in the building's trash can. Schedule the time for handing over the keys and inspecting the apartment 1 hour in advance. 🐾 Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment. 🔌 The apartment's outlets are 220V. 🥶 The air conditioner does not turn off by itself.
