The space 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on ground floor easily accessible for elderly. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 2nd floor. Our cleaner will clean the house every 7 days and change your bed sheet, blanket and give you the fresh towels. If you are staying under 7 nights there will be no cleaning inbetween, but we have everythings needed in the house for you. Standard bed configuration is 9 beds. 5 king size bed and 2 bulk bed for 4 people. We can arrange 2 extra 3.5 foot bed. Only when reservations of 15-16 persons, the cost of extra bed will automatically be added. If you specify 14 or less persons, extra bed will not be provided. Guest access Guests are warmly welcomed to enjoy the house and its amenities, and we kindly ask that you treat the space with the same care as your own. Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided to make you feel at home, and a water purifier is available for unlimited drinking water. To ensure a peaceful environment for all, please keep noise levels minimal between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. You are welcome to use the kitchen, but we request that all areas be thoroughly cleaned after use to avoid attracting cockroaches or ants. The trash dumpster, conveniently located in front of the house, should be used for disposal. Thank you for helping us maintain a comfortable and welcoming space for everyone! Other things to note We charge electric fee on guest usage Electricity usage cost 6 Baht per unit. Typical usage is around THB 50 per day per bedroom used, if you turn on air conditioner only in the evening and when you sleep at night. By paying electricity according to usage, it will be fair for smaller group who may use less bedrooms, thus pay less for electricity usage than big group who use more bedrooms. In additional, it help conserve electricity usage because guests will usually make sure they turn off the light and air condition before they go out. If it was included in the price, most guests tend to leave it on day and night because "it's already paid for". This way, we are able to set a competitive daily price which can be appealing for both small groups as well as big groups.
