This apartment is located in the Miramar condominium, a safe place, 24-hour surveillance. Inside the condominium you can enjoy beautiful and modern common areas such as the pool, playground and barbecue area (this must be booked and has an additional cost for cleaning). We also have a small grill inside our apartment, which you can use at all times. Our apartment overlooks the San Bartolo golf course and has a partial ocean view. The space The house is fully equipped, has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom: Double bed (2 places) + built-in bathroom. Room 2: Double bed (2 places) Room 3: 1 and a half berth cabin Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom. We have hot water. The kitchen is fully stocked. We have a refrigerator, kettle, stove, oven, microwave, full dishes and pots. In addition, you will find the beach a few minutes walk, the boardwalk a 5-minute walk and a 2-minute walk there is a winery. Guest access Guests will have access to the condominium's common areas. The pool area is open until 7 pm and the grill area until 11 pm. Other things to note We have a parking lot inside the condominium, and outside there are several spaces to park the car.
