Great, because this house is located in town 1 block off the Cheboygan River (the gateway to the Great Lakes and the inland waterways). You can launch your boat or drop in a line to fish right off the river bank. Everything happening in town is walking distance. The space Main floor bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom, upstairs loft hosts 2 twin beds and shares a bathroom with the back bedroom with 2 queen beds. Living room, full kitchen, and other full bathroom on the main floor. Front porch, back deck, and patio with fire pit and outdoor dining. Guest access Guests have the entire home to themselves. The front porch, back deck, and back patio make great space for enjoying the outdoors. The house is a block from a child's playground, softball fields, the boat launch to the Cheboygan River, and the walking bridge to downtown. Other things to note We offer summer excursions through Adventures North of the 45th. These excursions include: Sunset cruises on our Vintage Chris Crafts Surfing behind the wake boat…don’t know how to surf…don’t worry we have lessons too. Relaxing boat ride through the inland water ways (Cheboygan River to Mullet Lake) includes a trip through the locks.
