The space Just 4 miles from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island amusement parks, you will find our 2,250 square feet home with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We have a fully equipped kitchen where the largest Thanksgiving Dinner you can imagine can be prepared and a dining room that can accommodate your family for that big dinner. All five bedrooms are located on one main floor as there is no second story. Three of the rooms boast king size mattresses. Another bedroom has a bunk bed with full mattress at the bottom and single on top. We also have another single bed in the same room. The last bedroom has a queen sized bed with closet. You can also find a pack n play in the third king bedroom if needed for your infant. You will also find two roll away single mattress beds located in the Primary bedroom and the second king bed closets for additional sleeping accommodations. The Primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with 2 sinks and an updated stand up shower with separate garden bathtub. We supply an assortment of board games and on the patio is a bar style shuffleboard table, along with a wall mounted ring toss game and Roku TV. The home has five Smart TV's found in the living room, Primary bedroom, second and third king size bedrooms and in the patio area. In the backyard you will find a large a non heated swimming pool. The pool area does not have a spa, however, we have a stand alone hot tub in the enclosed patio area. Please Note! Pool temperatures from late March through early November are warm enough where a heated swimming pool is not needed. We also have a swimming pool basketball hoop, mini golf, and three deck lounge chairs. In the enclosed patio area there is ample seating as well with a bar and bistro table for multiple conversations and fun to be had by all. Outside the enclosed patio a gas BBQ grill that you are able to use for those that love to grill. In the evenings, when it’s time to relax, enjoy a place by the gas fire pit under the lights that are strewn across the area.
