With many ATV/MTN bike trails right at your fingertips and Fish Lake National Forest just a short drive away. This is a perfect place to wind down and enjoy a cozy night or more. The space You will be greeted with an open floor concept in the common room making it perfect to relax or enjoy game night. The master bedroom has a king bed and a TV with a walk in closet and a full master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a closet and a hallway bathroom. The 3rd queen bed may be in the common area, but who doesn't love to invite that extra friend or family time? There is a club house and a trampoline for the little ones to explore. Guest access With private access to the upstairs of the home, entry to the home is by a code that will be sent to you the morning of your arrival. Other things to note There is plenty of space to park a trailer, mountain bikes, ATV's, or UTV's Home owner lives in completely separate basement space.
