Underfloor heating ensures comfort all year round. The fully equipped kitchenette offers all amenities, including a coffee maker, kettle, oven, dishwasher and more. The living area with a comfortable couch and smart TV invites you to relax perfectly. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and spacious closets offer a good night's sleep. If necessary, we will provide an extra bed. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, bidet and toilet. Towels and linens are included. Our apartment is characterized by sustainability: wood chip heating and photovoltaic system guarantee green comfort. For each stay, all guests will be provided with a South Tyrol Guest Pass. It allows you discounts on mountain railways, museums and free travel on all public transport in South Tyrol! *** In the period from May 15 May to June 30, 2026, the Speikboden and Klausberg mountain railways are at your disposal free of charge.*** Guest access All areas in the apartment are available for your exclusive use. There are no common areas. Other things to note We would like to point out to our guests that a guest tax (local tax) is levied in South Tyrol. Children under the age of 14 are excluded.
