THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 Infusing warmth and elegance, the bedroom is decorated with rich wooden embellishments with a view of the courtyard and sofa chairs for four people. The bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, an AC, TV, fans, Wi-Fi, a spacious wardrobe and a sofa cum bed for extra guests. This room opens up to an attached bathroom equipped with a solar powered water heater, plush towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 Infusing warmth and elegance, the bedroom is decorated with rich wooden embellishments with a view of the greenery outside and has an easy chair. The bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, an AC, TV, fans, Wi-Fi, a spacious wardrobe and a sofa cum bed for extra guests. This room opens up to an attached bathroom equipped with a solar powered water heater, plush towels and basic toiletries. BATHROOMS There are a total of 3 bathrooms - 2 attached and 1 common. There is a shower area near the pool All bathrooms have solar powered water heaters, plush towels and luxurious toiletries. LIVING ROOM Under the tranquillity of the antique ceiling lies the living room with a glass door and windows that allow sunlight to fill the room. The living room can accommodate up to 10 people with its wooden diwan and sofa style seating arrangement. The living room is equipped with amenities such as fan, mosquito repellent, portable music system and WiFi. DINING AREA The dining room comes with a serene view of the courtyard with a pool, where one can enjoy curated culinary delights. The wooden dining table can accommodate 8 people comfortably. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. - It is equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, dishwasher, mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. TERRACE The villa is crowned by a massive terrace that gives all around views of the estate and can seat up 8 people. COURTYARD As you enter the villa, a courtyard with a pool is located in the centre of the villa, where one can dip in the pool or walk on the dewy grass. PLUNGE POOL A shimmering plunge pool is located within the courtyard of the villa, which makes it perfect to enjoy nature and pooltime together. The 8-seater plunge pool is 4 ft in depth with timings from 8 AM to 10 PM. There is a shower area beside the pool. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - Breakfast is complimentary. - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A bonfire can be arranged and set up at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session. - We can provide accommodation for extra guests at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per night and Rs. 2000 per person, per night for kids and adults respectively. - Amenities such as CCTV, fire extinguisher, hair dryer, bathtub, chef, indoor games, torches, iron and medical kits can be accessed by the guests at no extra charge. - Guests can make use of the golf practice range at no extra charge. However, we can arrange a 45 minutes training session by a professional coach at an additional cost of Rs. 1500. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
