Outside: - A 60 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A 400 m² garden, not enclosed and shared with the owners. The flat is ideally located in Castelnau-Pégayrols, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
