Our Airbnb has all new beds, new carpet on every bedroom, all new bedding in a home built in 2023. Our Airbnb is located in a residential area known as one of the best areas of El Paso, Texas. Guest access 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, Equipped Kitchen, Living Room, Breakfast Area Other things to note For all our guests that may need a late check in, you are more than welcome to used the key dialing pad to do your late self check in after 8:00 PM Please be aware, it is important for our guests to know that there is not a 24/7 service from your Airbnb host to welcome guests after 8:00 PM. If you find yourself into a situation that will require assistance from your Airbnb host when checking in after 8:00 PM or may you have any other unexpected situation after entering the house when check in time of 8:00 PM is past, we may not be able to assist you at that very moment. It's important for our guests to know there is a restricted area of this house and guests should not attempt trespassing to this area or forced the entry to or breaching the locks that communicate to the utility room, car garage, studio apartment, little patio, and dog run located on the left side of this house are kept locked for personal use and this area do not share access with the main entrance of the house located on the right side. The main entrance to the house is located on the right side of the property and it's to be used only by our Airbnb guests. This main entrance is located by the side yard and we ask our guests to keep this area cleared, not to drop off items or hangin out on here so other persons can freely walk through to the side yard to the back of the property. The restricted area is on the left side of the house, please do not use that entrance." For parking you are allowed to use the two parking spots on the driveway and the entrance of the driveway. The parking area designated to you will be clearly explain with numbers on a photo as: #1, #2, and #4 There is a $200 USD FEE if trespassing to the back yard and left side of the house. Dogs may be or may not be kept at this side of the house. Incoming Airbnb guests calls and texts will be received between 7:00 am to 8:30 pm
