It has a private double bedroom and a bathroom. The main space is a spacious environment that includes a kitchen, dining room and a living room. In this area there is a bunk bed for two people and a futon that converts into a double bed. The base capacity is for 4 people (using the private room and bunk bed), but it can be expanded to a maximum of 6 guests using the futon. Guest access The loft is located behind my house, with independent access through the garage, which you can use for your vehicle. Although the garage and patio (which has a grill) are shared areas, I do not use them during your visit to ensure your complete privacy and comfort. Other things to note Please note: - Bedding is included. - No towels or bath towels are provided.
