This is a quiet residential area strictly no rowdy gatherings or parties, no smoking/vaping on the property. The space The house is set up for families and extended families in a serene leafy neighborhood. Sleep up to 10 people: Bed 1- oversized bedroom, king bed, clothes rack and workspace Bed 2- queen bed and built ins Bed 3- queen bed and built ins Bed 4- single bed + kids trundle bed (trundle not suitable for adults) and built ins Additional: High chair and Portacot available (BYO cot linen). Kids rollaway beds (not suitable for adults) can be made available at an additional cost $25/night. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Ducted is throughout. Linen and bath towels are included (BYO beach towels). Bathroom has separate shower and bath and includes a toilet. Laundry includes a 2nd toilet. The lounge room includes plenty of room for all guests and a smart TV with free to air. The lounge room is a sunken room (5 steps/stairs) which flows out to the backyard and entertaining space. Say hello to the resident kookaburra while enjoying the Webber BBQ, outdoor dining or fire pit (BYO firewood). Kitchen includes basics with some milk, tea, coffee, coffee pods, salt, pepper and oil provided. 6 seater dining table which can be extended to seat 8. In addition to the smart TV, the house includes WIFI, board games, kids toys, and books. Located in a quiet coldesac with a child and dog friendly park a few houses away. A short walk to the Fernleigh Track and Glenrock National Park for the walkers or mountain bikers in the group. A quick 5mins drive to Merewether Beach, Hockey Centre, McDonald Jones Stadium for concerts or sporting matches and 2mins drive to Adamstown Train Station or Westfield Kotara. 10mins to John Hunter Hospital or into the city. Dogs are welcome and must be included in the booking numbers when making the reservation. Doggy door for small dogs and fully fenced yard. We love our fur visitors but please not on the furniture and never home alone. No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property. Strictly no parties or loud gatherings, this is a quiet residential area. December bookings include a magnificent lit up Christmas tree & festive touches (see photos).
