The villa has 4 bedrooms where everyone will sleep comfortably because it has beds to accommodate 12 people. You can sunbathe in your private pool with the golf course in the background. If you want to see more movement you can go to the common pool that has a splash pool and games for the little ones. Check-out time is 10 am Check-in time is 2-5 pm. Keys are given in person. The bedrooms are distributed as follows: Top Floor: - bedroom with king size bed, dressing room, full bathroom and terrace. - bedroom with two double beds and a single bed with full bathroom, dressing room and terrace. Ground Floor -bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, closet and the bathroom is independent of the bedroom - outdoor bedroom with two bunk beds (double below and single above), full bathroom and open closet Guest access Gated and guarded 24 hours a day with a pool, splash pool and common tennis court (currently out of service by OTIS) Other things to note Daily cleaning of the house included in the price, change of sheets and towels every 4 days. For 30 dll more per day, there can be a lady who makes you breakfast and lunch, washes the dishes, and takes care of you so that you feel at home. Parties are prohibited and an extra person indicated in the reservation is charged $60 per day. Pets are prohibited. Bring your towels for the beach. The washing machine is for internal use only, i.e. only for the sheets of the villa
