The space Located in the Montelier condominium in Bananeiras Nossa Chalé is a fully private space, has 5 comfortable rooms, 3 suites overlooking the Serra and all equipped with a wardrobe, smart TV and air conditioning, plus a complete and comfortable trousage for your total convenience. In the basement we have table tennis for the fun to be guaranteed! Our Service Area has a washing machine, ironing board and ironing board. The kitchen is complete with a set of pots and pans, crockery, crystal bowls, sandwich maker, fruit juicer, blender and water gel. In the Outdoor Gourmet Balcony you will have table and countertop for pleasant times outdoors, but if you prefer we have living and dining rooms. Lastly, we keep the best: an exclusive Wine Space with a Natural Resolution of the beautiful Serra de Bananeiras that will make your experience memorable! Our view is breathtaking and certainly the memories will be wonderful. Possibility to add 2 mattresses upon prior request Guest access All areas of the chalet and its accommodations, as well as all private areas of the condominium, are free for guests to use. Other things to note Documentation must be sent for ALL guests as well as the license plates and models of the cars that will enter the condominium. Our capacity is 10 people in the existing beds, but we can, upon prior request, have 2 mattresses for children. Extra mattresses brought by guests are not allowed except for cribs for babies up to 24 months. It is important to note that the chalet has stairs. Although we like them very much, pets are not allowed. Reservations longer than 3 nights will have a cleaning included to be arranged and at no cost, if you need this service in a shorter period please request, and this will be paid by the guest.
