We have 11 more cottages all uniquely designed to be a romantic escape or the perfect spot for each traveler to have their own cottage and utilize our common area for gatherings, bonfire, and grilling out! The space The Kitchenette: As you enter the 365 sq ft cottage, you’re greeted with a fully equipped kitchenette. It’s fully stocked with dishes, flatware, utensils, cookware, coffee mugs and wine glasses. If you prefer to dine in, you can utilize the 2 burner induction cooktop and the Calphalon air fryer/oven/toaster. Stock your favorite snacks or breakfast items in the mini refrigerator! At Anson Arbor Farm, we provide a small basket of pantry snacks to help satisfy that last night sweet craving or hold you over with a breakfast bar before you head off to brunch. In addition, we stock mini waters in the fridge for your convenience. The Bed: The room is equipped with a king size gel memory foam bed and top of the line hotel pillows. Brooklinen sateen sheets make for the perfect night's sleep, topped off with a light weight, yet cozy comforter. We provide extra blankets and pillows to ensure you have exactly what you need for the best sleep. Across from the bed is a smart TV loaded with apps and an electric fireplace perfect for setting the mood. Enjoy the cozy leather seating area to watch tv or snuggle in with your favorite book. The Bathroom: As you head into the bathroom, you’re greeted with a dual shower head walk in shower. It’s equipped with two rain shower faucets, two shower wands, a teak bench, and towels hooks, plenty of room for two. The 48” custom build vanity with a vessel sink provides plenty of counter space for getting ready. And if you need additional room for your personal items, we’ve provided extra shelving easily accessible for your belongings. The Closet/Storage: Speaking of your belongings, you can utilize the wardrobe to unpack your clothing. It is equipped with a closet rod, hangers and shelving. If your clothing needs ironing or a simple touch up before dinner, we’ve provided a steamer/iron for your convenience. The Patio & Outdoor Bathtub: The patio, perhaps the star of the show, is 150 sq ft screened in space. Enjoy your morning coffee in the lounge furniture. The peaceful surroundings is perfect for listening to the birds sing. In the evening, pull the privacy cabana curtains and settle into the outdoor bathtub for a soak. Bring your book and glass of wine and utilize the bathtub tray to keep it all at your fingertips. But before you hop in, drop your towel into the towel warmer so you’re wrapped in a cozy, warm towel when you’re done. And if you’re visiting in the winter and worried about it being cold, don’t be! We provided an overhead infrared heater to keep the patio just right when you’re lounging or in the tub. The Barn Venue: Most guests don’t want to leave their cottage, but if you’re traveling with family or friends and need a spot to gather, you’ll have access to our onsite Barn Venue. It’s just a few steps away from the cottages and is equipped with a large screen smart TV, plenty of seating and lounge furniture, card games and board games, books about the Great Smoky Mountains, and a common area restroom. Outside The Barn, you’ll find an artificial turf area with string lights, corn hole, oversized Jenga game, a 6 burner gas grill and utensils to grill your favorite meal, an 8 foot farmhouse table and a large fire pit for an evening around the fire.
