Guest access The house features a convenient smart lock for easy entry. For groups larger than 10, or if you'd like access to the ADU -located beneath the carport parking and accessible via the main house or the staircase next to the carport- please get in touch with me directly to receive the entry code. An extra nightly rate will be charged for this additional bedroom. Charging between 3 p.m. and 12 a.m. incurs an additional fee of $100 per day during your stay. Pets + We welcome up to two well-trained dogs for a $75/pet fee. +Pets must not be left unattended on the property. + Keep them leashed at all times, including at the lakefront and neighborhood. + Pets are not allowed on sofas or beds to avoid additional cleaning fees. Could you clean up after your pet to avoid additional cleaning charges? Lake Life Summer at the lake brings bugs. To keep them at bay, use the screen doors and turn off outdoor lights when possible. Lake Levels & Activities +Winter and spring: The lake is accessible from our dock and is the USA's third best-known bass fishing spot. Enjoy spectacular lake views from the upper deck or lower patio. +Summer: The lake’s natural conditions may result in lower water levels and muddy edges. Paddle out for clearer and more enjoyable waters. Boat Launch Sites + Nearby launches: Clear Lake State Park (Kelseyville) and Redbud Park (Clearlake). + Check their websites for water level updates during your stay. Swimming Contact local government resources for the latest updates on nearby water quality and swimming areas. Water Quality This home is supplied with water from a deep well managed by the HOA. This water is tested monthly and consistently free of biological contaminants. Note: This groundwater differs from surface water, which may have reports of contamination. Rest assured, the water at our home is safe and clean.
