The room is located in Bonn-Nord, in the charming and historic RoteSiedlung, which was built about 100 years ago. The transport connection is excellent: Right in front of the house is a bus stop (lines 604 and 605 to the main train station). The picturesque old town with its famous cherry blossoms can be reached in just a 15-minute walk. Cologne/Bonn Airport is only 15 minutes away by car. An Edeka supermarket directly opposite provides extra convenience. The space Our accommodation has three lovingly designed guest rooms for short-term rental that harmoniously combine comfort and functionality and ensure you have a pleasant stay. Rooms description (M): This cozy and well-equipped room on the top floor offers a welcoming atmosphere and a high level of comfort. A special highlight is the view from the window of the entire Gerhardsplatz – the lively center of the residential area. There are, among other things, ping-pong tables, a soccer field and a children's playground, so you can enjoy the pleasant surroundings and the authentic residential area. Ideal for guests seeking a quiet location with good transport links. Guest access A bathroom, a guest toilet and a well-equipped kitchen are available for shared use. The washing machine is located in the basement. The washed laundry can be hung up in the laundry room for drying. During your stay We also live here and are always happy to help you so that your stay is pleasant.
