The room is located in Bonn-Nord, in the charming and historic RoteSiedlung, which was built about 100 years ago. The transport connection is excellent: Right in front of the house is a bus stop (lines 604 and 605 to the main train station). The picturesque old town with its famous cherry blossoms can be reached in just a 15-minute walk. Cologne/Bonn Airport is only 15 minutes away by car. An Edeka supermarket directly opposite provides extra convenience. The space Our accommodation has four lovingly designed guest rooms that harmoniously combine comfort and functionality to offer you the best possible stay. Room description (M): This cozy and well-equipped room in the attic offers you an inviting atmosphere and maximum comfort. A special highlight is the direct view from the window of the entire Gerhardsplatz – the lively center of the settlement. Here you will find numerous leisure activities, including two table tennis tables, a soccer field and a children's playground. Thanks to the direct connection via our garden door, you can reach these facilities in no time and enjoy your time in a relaxed environment. Ideal for guests who appreciate a quiet location with good transport links! Guest access A bathroom, guest toilet and well-equipped kitchen are available for shared use. The washing machine is located in the basement. You can hang your washed laundry to dry either in your room or in the laundry room – whatever you prefer! During your stay We also live here and are always happy to help make your stay as pleasant as possible.
