This charming new 130 m² house, built in 2020, is located 400 m from the beach and can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features an attractive 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 250 m² garden. The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in the Rothéneuf district, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars are just 250m away.
