The space The property has open plan living, dining and kitchen, with doors leading out to a sunny deck and outdoor dining and seating. The kitchen, although open plan, is tucked away around a corner and is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare and cook meals - complete with microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, full oven, kettle, and toaster. This space is air-conditioned and keeps the house warm in winter and cool in summer. There are three tastefully decorated bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 is located down a few steps and has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has a bay window with twin single beds, plus a desk for those needing to work away from home. The main bathroom is modern, and there is an additional Guest WC for added convenience. There is one off-street parking space available. Guest access This property is self-check in 24hrs. You have full exclusive use of the house and property. Strictly NO PARTYING & NO SMOKING inside the property. $500 SMOKE REMEDIATION fee if you violate our NO SMOKING POLICY. BBQ - If you have used the BBQ during your stay, you have to clean it with the cleaning materials provided. If the BBQ is left dirty, a $55 extra cleaning fee will be collected.
