Clean and comfortable studio apartment in the best location on South Beach; steps to Lincoln Road Mall and a 10 minute walk from the beach. Located nearby are the Miami Beach Convention Center, Filmore, New World, Apple Store, Nike and the famous Art Deco district. Car is not needed here! You can walk to most places and have easy access to public transportation, including the free Miami Beach trolley. Have a car? No worries, plenty of parking is available nearby, for a fee. The space The apartment has a king size bed with new mattress, bathroom with shower, small kitchen, wardrobe closet space and dining area. Strong WiFi and smart TV with access to Netflix and other apps is also included. Guest access Guests will enjoy private enjoyment of the apartment, not shared with anyone. Check in is from 4 pm onward (strict) Guests will be given a unique 4 digit code to enter the apartment. Check out is by 11am (also strict) If you have an early departure just lock the door by code and message me when you have departed, no problem. Other things to note If you need advice on things to do around Miami please let me know and I'll be happy to assist. This is by no means a fancy or high end building but it’s in an excellent location, with nice neighbors and well maintained. The building is located in a mixed use area steps from Lincoln Rd, which is great because you are so close to everything. The only downside is the possibility of noise in the morning and throughout the day. We are next to a main street, an open parking lot and an office building, lots going on. If you come to enjoy the area, you will have no problem. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not it.
