Private basement apartment in Wheat Ridge!
Description
Conveniently located less than 5 minutes from Lutheran Medical Center and I-70 in the Wheat Ridge neighborhood. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement apartment with very spacious closet perfect for any outdoor gear, kitchenette, shared laundry, and backdoor entrance for privacy. Large fenced in backyard with shared patio. The space A little about me, I’m a 30 year old physical therapist in the area. My fiancé and friendly pups live with me upstairs. Looking for someone who will be clean and respectful. Due to some ducts in the basement, the space is probably best suitable for someone 6 ft or under. This is perfect for a travel healthcare worker or remote worker looking to be close to both the mountains and all that Denver has to offer. This space has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, full bathroom with shower, kitchenette (including refrigerator/freezer, induction single cooktop, Cuisinart 6 in 1 convection oven/air fryer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with frother, cookware, utensils, dishes, flatware), and living room that will be for your private use. Guest access This is a basement apartment in my home. You will have your own space with a door at the top of the stairs that separates the house and basement. You will be entering through the back door, directly in front of the stairs to the basement, to increase privacy for you. The back door is how we access the backyard, so we will also use this door, however you will not be walking through our upstairs living space to get to your space. The laundry is shared and I have a storage/guest room downstairs. I try to give as much heads up as possible when we have a guest staying with us. Other things to note Ample street parking available on this quiet, residential street.
