Guest access This is a basement apartment in my home. You will have your own space with a door at the top of the stairs that separates the house and basement. You will be entering through the back door, directly in front of the stairs to the basement, to increase privacy for you. The back door is how we access the backyard, so we will also use this door, however you will not be walking through our upstairs living space to get to your space.
