The space The sea is 200 meters away, so you can walk to the road and see some beautiful sunsets. ✨ Cleaning included in your stay. For your convenience, final cleaning is already included. You do not need to clean the apartment before you check out; we would simply appreciate it if you could leave it in a normal state of use. Guest access Check-in is self-service, so you can enter the property at any time after the check-in time. The main entrance is shared with other tenants in the property. There are 4 apartments in the property, each completely separate. Parking is shared. Two cars can fit on the property, but there isn’t always space available. There are also two parking spaces outside in front of the property (not on the street). In any case, we will coordinate with you to provide you with parking instructions. Please drive carefully inside the property to avoid damaging the small trees and palm trees. Other things to note ● The property is located on a main avenue, so there may be occasional noise from cars and trailers. It may also happen that some neighbors play loud music at certain times. ● If you are looking for a completely quiet place, this space is probably not the best option for you. ● Hot water service is not officially offered in the listing.
