WE ARE NOT IN THE CENTER, we are approximately 4.5 km from it, from the main square and the part of the esplanade where the letters of "Champotón" are, 2 km away, there are supermarkets, shopping area, etc. Going out to the main road is the restaurant area. We are 200 meters from the sea. WE BILL (mention it before booking). The space The sea is 200 meters away, so you can walk to the road and see beautiful sunsets. Guest access The main entrance is for common use where tenants access. There are 4 apartments on the property, each totally independent. THERE IS NO EXCLUSIVE PARKING, IT IS SHARED. On the inside there are 2 cars, there is NOT always space, and on the outside there are two spaces, (in any case we coordinate with you to give you directions) WE ASK YOU TO BE CAREFUL WITH THE TREES AND PALM TREES SO AS NOT TO RUN OVER THEM. The entrance is private, so you can access it at any time you like, as long as it's after check-in Other things to note It is a main avenue, (WE ARE NOT IN THE CENTER), this is approximately 4.5 km away, so the passage of trailers and cars does generate some noise, there are also neighbors who sometimes play their music loudly.
