Notes on additional costs and fees: € 100 security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure. Electricity/water/heating are included. Bed and bath linens can be ordered on request for a fee. The visitor's tax is due before arrival. If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, the renter must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it at the request of the authorities. Parking is available free of charge. If available, a bicycle shed can be booked for €5 per night. Since only a limited number are available, we recommend a timely reservation. The apartment is constantly cleaned and disinfected according to the latest hygiene concept - confirmed by the Ministry of Health. In three newly furnished and modern rooms, countless amenities await you, which will undoubtedly appeal to you. You will find two bedrooms that invite you to sink into the realm of dreams. The smaller one is great for kids. With the help of the pull-out bed, even two people have enough space. The other bedroom houses a comfortable double bed with a spacious wardrobe. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to spend romantic hours in a cozy and friendly living room with a warming fireplace. There is also a DVD and CD player as well as an extensive selection of DVDs, CDs, games and books. During your vacation, there will certainly be the opportunity to conjure up an appetizing meal together in the well-equipped kitchen, which can then be eaten in the comfortable dining area. Then end the day with a glass of wine on the spacious balcony. The crowning glory of every day is the breathtaking wellness bath with sauna and whirlpool, which invites you to relax for a few hours in a harmonious ambience by candlelight. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. An elevator is available in the house. The balcony is south facing. We are happy to welcome you to our apartment. Your health is important to us.
