Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This is a newly renovated space within my home designed for traveling medical professionals and other traveling working professionals who need a home away from home during their work assignments. The space This listing is for one private bedroom with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, dresser and closet. The door to the room locks from the inside and you’ll also be provided with a key to lock your room from the outside when you are leaving. This space is located in a fully renovated apartment (located in the walk-out basement of my home) with a private entrance. There are 2 rooms that are rented so you will be sharing the common spaces with another guest. Common spaces are the bathroom, kitchen and living room. No animals or additional visitors are allowed. Thank you for your understanding. Quiet hours are from 11pm-6am to ensure that all guests can have a restful nights sleep. Guest access You’ll have access to your room, living room, bathroom, kitchen and dining area. During your stay I am available in person or by message anytime that you need assistance. Other things to note Since the bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared spaces you will be responsible for cleaning up after yourself. Ex.- after cooking meals please wash all dishes and wipe down the counters, microwave, stove and throw away all trash. You will have designated areas in the pantry and refrigerator to store your food. Ex.- after using the bathroom please use the squeegee to wipe down the shower walls, remove hair from shower or sink, place dirty clothes and towels in the hamper in your room and place your toiletries in your designated space in the bathroom.
