On the ground floor, you will discover a fully equipped kitchen, a sumptuously decorated living room and a large dining area, designed for convivial gatherings in an elegant setting. A dining room next door seats 12 at a long oak table. A television room, designed for your relaxation, invites you to a moment of calm and relaxation, where the charm of the place and the pleasure of tranquility combine. In the west wing of the ground floor, a first bedroom awaits you, offering absolute privacy as well as a spacious adjoining bathroom with standalone tub. It is adjoined with an independent kitchinette, for privacy. The view from this room is a captivating picture of the garden, the "Grand Chêne" and the vines which extend as far as the eye can see, inviting you to daydream and escape. Upstairs, five beautifully appointed bedrooms and 4 bathrooms welcome you with their discreet charm where comfort combines with elegance. A games room dedicated to children completes this level, offering a space where the imagination of young ones can flourish in complete freedom. The principal bedroom and large ensuite bathroom overlooks the vineyards and views toward Gigondas and the Dentelles de Montmirail.
