The Island Lakehouse

This home is a piece of history, being part of the original Westerly Estate of Grand Isle. Tons of room for families, and a large porch on the back of the home with an expansive view of, and direct access to Lake Champlain. The home has rustic charm with its many original wood features, and a large number of beds make this home a perfect family or group vacation retreat. Lake Champlain is literally right out the back door. Forty minutes to Burlington, an hour and a half to Montreal. The space This is a large family owned home, and we hope to share it with other large families. Not a party house, or a place to party. A place to relax, an enjoy what nature has given us!
