You'll have exclusive access to two parking spots on the driveway, so you can easily load and unload your belongings. And for additional convenience, there's an abundance of parking spots available on the street, making it hassle-free for your group to come and go as you please. Other things to note House rule: absolutely no smoking in the property including the deck, backyard and driveway. Any sign of smoking will be fined $ 200 CAD. The fire pit and barbecue are propane-fueled. Burning wood or charcoal is strictly prohibited. Propane tanks are provided, and additional tanks can be found by the back gate, on the side of the house near the garden patch. Recycling Instructions: Thank you for your commitment to preserving Britannia Beach's ecological balance. Recycling is a crucial step in protecting our environment and ensuring the sustainability of our community and the habit for a number of species. Glass Items: Place glass items without lids in the big blue bin provided for glass recycling. It is a blue Home Depot bin by the barbecue. Ensure that the glass items are empty and rinsed before placing them in the bin. Leave glass items in the bin. They are not to be taken to the containers on the back of the house. Compost: Use the green bin designated for compostable materials. Dispose of kitchen waste, such as fruit and vegetable peels, coffee grounds, and food scraps, in the green bin. Make sure to avoid putting non-compostable items, such as plastics and metals, in the compost bin. Take the compost to the respective garbage container located at the back of the house. Make sure top lace the container back in place to avoid animal intrusion. Paper and Plastic: Utilize the white bin located underneath the sink for paper and plastic recycling. Flatten cardboard boxes and ensure that plastic containers are clean before placing them in the bin. Take paper and plastic to the respective garbage container located at the back of the house. It has a blue lid. Container Placement: Take all general waste items and recycling excluding glass, to the garbage containers located at the back of the house. Place items in their respective containers. After disposing of your waste, return the containers to their designated locations promptly. Properly secure lids to prevent animals from opening the garbage containers. General Waste: General waste should be placed in the black bin underneath the sink. There are plastic bags in the kitchen drawaer close to the dishwasher tablets . Garbage Collection Garbage containers should be put by the curb on Wednesday morning before 9 am.
