A guest bedroom and full bath complete the downstairs. Upstairs you'll find an exceptional Master Bedroom and Sitting Area with a luxurious Master Bath including a dual vanity with ample counter space and a large walk in closet. Three more large bedrooms, hallway bath and laundry complete this family-friendly plan! The space Tankless hot water heater at 9 gallons a minute for endless hot water! Never worry about waiting for more hot water when numerous people are taking showers, doing laundry, or running the dishwaher. A rare commodity! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Only one bedroom has its bathroom immediately across from it in the hallway. All other bathrooms are attached to the room. Each bedroom will have its own TV along with the living room. So, five TVs total. the smallest TV is 40" with the largest TV at 75" in the living room. The living room has 5.1 channel surround sound integrated into the ceiling. There's a Breville Oracle Touch for those who like to make your own fresh cup of coffee with out needing to make your own pot or forgetting to turn it off when leaving for the tournament. It automatically grinds, tamps, and brews the coffee to the adjusted setting that you desire. Simply buy the basic meat and vegetables and allow the machine to refrigerate the food until the programmed time to cook. Instructions will be given. The time set is the time the food will be ready and not the start time. feel assured the food will stay fresh until cooked. Feel confident that it'll cook food that is also frozen. Already prepared frozen meals upon request. Please provide how many meals per person so accommodations can be made. A list can be provided to pick the meals of your choice. Large upright freezer in garage for any grocery shopping. Maid service is available depending on the amount of days booked. Four to seven days ensures maid service. One maid visit for four days and two maid visits for seven days. Guest access The only part of the house that is off limits is the fifth bedroom. That will be identified and locked. Other things to note The internet is 2 Gbps fiber from AT&T with the fastest most advanced mesh wifi running though the house. Each bed room also outfitted with ethernet ports too.
