Located in a recreational haven less than 20 miles from downtown Pittsburgh, our property borders a world-class rail-trail that connects Pittsburgh to Washington, D.C. Outdoor opportunities are plentiful, with hiking, biking, walking, running, & boating accessible from our front door. We are in a small town, yet within walking distance from a grocery store, bar/restaurant, and public transit. When it's time to relax, your private space awaits you, and feels like home. The space A comfortable, clean, restful, well-appointed room with high ceilings. Your private space includes a bedroom area with table and futon, a kitchenette with basic necessities, and private bath. The space is curated to feel as homey and restful as possible with 100% cotton bedding, high quality foam mattress, low lighting options, and blackout curtains. Guest access With private entrance and private bathroom, your self-contained space is 100% your own. The outside front deck areas and side yard, with views of the community park, ballfield, and Youghiogheny River, are shared spaces. Lockable bike storage is available for guests. Other things to note Your room includes a kitchenette with basic amenities including microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. For guests staying 7 days or longer, we will provide a hot plate, toaster, pots/pans, plates, and additional kitchen basics.
