This fully renovated and fully equipped accommodation will allow you to spend a pleasant and quiet stay in the heart of the countryside. Surrounded by many ponds for swimming or fishing, or water sports (Lake Marcillac). A few km away, there are a number of remarkable sites not to be missed (waterfall, cave, castle, gorges of the Dordogne...) The multitude of forest paths and trails, along the streams, guarantee you, in all seasons, magnificent walks. The space The cottage consists, on the ground floor, of a beautiful and very bright living room with fully equipped kitchen (wide range of dishes and cooking utensils) and a sitting area giving direct access to the terrace. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 140 beds, a bathroom with sink and shower of 120 x 80 and a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with a 140 bed and baby bed. Other things to note Located in the heart of the Limousin cattle breeding farm, you can, if you wish, taste the meat of animals raised on the farm, by sourcing it on site (direct sale). In July and August, rental is only from Saturday to Saturday. Regarding electricity consumption: The rental price includes an 8 kWh/day package. Beyond that, the surcharge will be charged at the rate of the contract in effect from the actual consumption. A meter reading will be taken during the state of affairs for arrival and departure.
