Welcome to our beautifully designed 2b/2b condo in the gated Cove Cay community! The home is fully furnished and outfitted with brand new appliances, a furnished private balcony looking at the channel, and a W/D + 2 walk in showers w/ JETS! Community amenities include: - Fitness Center - Golf course (you'll have access) - Several heated pools + hot tubs - Sauna - Library - Shuffleboards - Free parking - 24/7 security Book 3 months+ get a free cleaning and an extended stay discount! The space Please note, a signed rental agreement will be required once the home is booked. This includes providing a copy of your ID and a verification picture. Additionally, a short application has to be filled out for the HOA. The 2nd floor condo (elevator in building) is a fully furnished 2b/2b with a large kitchen, dining area, living room, electric fireplace, and furnished balcony! The masted bedroom is completed with a queen bed, mounted flat screen TV, plenty of storage, private bath and walk in shower with jets. Plenty of linens, towels, and pillows are provided! The guest bedroom has two twin beds (can be converted to a queen upon request for stays of 3 months or longer), a TV, closet space and a walk in shower! The kitchen was graciously designed to provide ample space. All the appliances are stainless steel and less than a year old. The fridge is a double door fridge with a ton of space. Dishes, plates, silverware, cups, etc. are all provided. There is a dining area on the other side of the breakfast bar for family dinners. It leads into the living area where there are two large sofas for entertaining, a large flat screen SMART TV, and even an electric fireplace. And plenty of natural sunlight pours in from the balcony overlooking the channel behind the complex. It's furnished and even has an entryway from the master! The condo comes with one reserved parking spot and additional visitor parking. Guest access Cove Cay is a private, gated community with 24/7 security. Guests who book will need to sign a rental agreement and an HOA application. They will need to additionally provide a copy of their ID and pay a $150 application fee. Once reserved, the guests will have access to every amenity. Other things to note Unfortunately we don't allow pets (other than service dogs). We also do not allow smoking or parties of any kind. We have a max occupancy of 5. If you want to have a temporary visitor pleasure request this in advance.
