The space Our 28.5 sqm (~307 sq. ft) studio type condo is designed with your comfort in mind. It's equipped with a plush queen-size bed, fresh linens, and a cozy sofa to relax on. Well ventilated building and unit is equipped with airconditioning. Enjoy breathtaking city views from the private balcony. The perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. We also provide FREE mineral drinking water so you can stay hydrated after a day of exploring. Parking access: - Paid parking within the premises is available on a first come, first served basis - Paid parking in front of the condo building is also available if none is available in the building Other things to note - Valid Government ID is required by the condo admin for each guest (to be sent at least a day before check-in) - Proper swimming attire is required if using the pool - 24/7 CCTV cameras in the elevator, hallways and building facade - 24/7 security - Smoke detector in unit and fire alarm - Additional 600 php/ pet after 1 pet as deep cleaning fee Housekeeping available for 7 nights or more (with fee - required for stays more than 2 weeks)
