This is the perfect place to unwind: sand, tranquility. On the sports side, guests of the chalet have free access to the tennis courts of the estate, including one for Pickleball. Access is on a first come first served basis. And then there's Owl's Head Golf, just a few minutes away. This 18-hole course lives up to the scenery that surrounds it: hilly, spectacular, perfectly integrated into nature. With breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, it offers an experience as enjoyable for experienced golfers as for those who just want to enjoy the setting. And after the game, the pavilion terrace is the perfect place to redo the game, with a drink in hand. Cyclists will be spoiled for choice with the winding routes and trails of the region, ideal for both road and mountain biking. Two terraces, two atmospheres! The chalet offers two large terraces that deserve attention. One overlooks the slopes and the forest, perfect for quiet mornings, the other opens onto the lake, the dream spot for an aperitif at sunset. And when the evening falls, the four-season hot tub takes over, to end the day in style. Comfort, space and friendliness? Totally! La Source can accommodate up to twelve people comfortably. It has five bedrooms, two with queen size beds and five double beds in the other rooms. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, but always neat. There is also a large bright living room with a stone fireplace, a modern kitchen designed for cooking as a group, and a family room on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing with a good movie or just a wood fire. Two full bathrooms ensure comfort and tranquility for all guests. The chalet is as practical as it is beautiful! It includes a laundry area, large storage for your equipment, private parking, fast Wi-Fi, as well as all the necessary bedding and towels. No need to think about everything: it's already planned. The village of Mansonville, nearby, offers everything you need for everyday life: a good bakery, a local grocery store, and some charming shops. And if you fancy a little more excitement, the town of Magog is just 25 minutes away with its restaurants, terraces and summer atmosphere by the lake.
