Welcome to the vibrant city of Taipei! Our apartment is designed by ourselves (my wife and I) with love and attention. We have moved close by and are offering it out to AirBNB guests. -99m2 (approx 1000 ft2) with small front terrace. -Centrally located yet private location around park. restaurants directly below in the same building, as well as literally across the street. - Major Shopping within 3-4 minutes (Sogo, both Fuxing and Zhongxiao) and Breeze Center. Contact me prior to booking The space The apartment has an open kitchen, living room, and front terrace. There are 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one attached to master bedroom, the other between master and guest bedrooms. Available sleeping areas are: - Master Bedroom: Queen size bed (sleeps 2) - Guest Room: Pull out day bed, full size (sleeps 2) - Sofa in Living Room (sleeps 1) There is also a back balcony which has laundry machine and retractable clothes hangers to be able to do laundry for extended stays. Guest access You'll have access to the entire space which is a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment only comes with one set of keys for guests to use. One key (blue) is needed for the main entrance of the building downstairs and the other key (black) is for the door of the apartment. Other things to note ---Notice: The 2nd bedroom has a fully glass wall and double glass doors, but has a blackout curtain for privacy. Facilities: Complete set of appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and cooking utensils. --Additional Compensation or Cleaning Fees-- Please take good care of all the items inside the room. If there is any damage or professional cleaning is required, additional fees will be charged. For example: smoking or vomiting in the room and staining the bedding. *We support "Green Accommodation" and do not provide disposable items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and other personal care products. --WiFi-- Fixed WiFi is available for use in the room during the stay. **Parties, loud noises, and smoking are strictly prohibited. **Visitors are generally prohibited, and must be approved by us ahead of time..
