The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building with an elevator, located in the heart of Piazza Venezia, the most central area of Rome. It is an extremely elegant apartment furnished with a modern design. Extremely bright, thanks to the large windows and white finishes. It has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a wardrobe, a second full bathroom, a kitchenette with an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer and a dishwasher, and finally a large living room with a sofa bed, and a table for 4 people. Housekeeping is provided daily. Please note: the view is partially obstructed by the ongoing work of Metro C. Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. require a late check-in fee of 30 EUR. After 12:00 a.m. the surcharge is 60 euros. In addition to this, we are happy to organize any type of extra service on request, such as a Basket composed of typical products to accompany your aperitif, a Birthday Cake, a Sweet or Continental Breakfast that will be delivered directly to your apartment. Guest access The entire apartment is exclusively for guests' use. Other things to note Cleaning service is daily. Arrivals after 8:00 PM require an additional fee of €30, while after midnight the cost will be €60. Upon request, we can arrange a transfer to/from the airport or station with our limousine service, Mercedes Viano, and our trusted drivers.
