This recently renovated, comfortable and warm accommodation is in an exceptional location. In the heart of a peaceful and bucolic setting, you will stay close to the main tourist attractions of Normandy. The gite is 15 minutes from the D-Day landing beaches (Courseulles, Asnelles, Arromanches), whose sites are classified as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. You can discover the medieval city of Bayeux (10 min) and Caen (Peace Memorial, Guillaume Castle). The space Between the sea, cities and countryside, this newly renovated house combines modern services and old world charm. At the crossroads of all regional centers of interest, it is not only the ideal starting point for your excursions but also a peaceful haven. The living room is comfortable with a large TV (with Netflix and French channels) The kitchen is fully furnished. The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and the second has two 80 x 200 cm beds that can be brought together to form a double bed. You will notice that the bathroom is on the ground floor (toilet in the bathroom). You will have access to a washing machine in common areas, which is very easy to access. Towels and bed linen are provided. Toilet paper is provided as a courtesy upon your arrival but not for the entire duration of the stay. The small grocery store is stocked (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper) Shower gel and shampoo are not provided. Guest access You will have access to its two terraces, the 2000 m2 garden, a games room (billiards and ping pong table).
