Downstairs: -Queen bedroom with its own mini split for custom heating and cooling -Full bathroom with both a bathtub and shower -Open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area- bright, social, and perfect for cooking, gathering, and late-night laughs -Laundry room with washer and dryer for extended stays Upstairs: -Bunk room: a fun space with twin beds plus a full bed- great for kids or friends -Primary suite: king bed, toddler bed, and private en suite featuring a walk-in shower and deep soaking tub -Second full bathroom with another bathtub and shower combo Guest access There is plenty of parking in the drive way, or garage and on the street. Other things to note *Please note, you may see in the listing description the property is set up for two sofa bed downstairs. This is not the case. I have been working with Airbnb to have this removed and this is a technical glitch on their end. The couches downstairs may not be used to sleep on.* - The heating and air conditioning for the home is provided by mini-split units located in the bedrooms and living room. It is NOT a central heating and air system. -Cable T.V is provided for your convenience! -We insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection is $26 per reservation. This helps cover minor accidental damages. Things like a broken glass, stains, damages, etc. Now you can relax knowing you’re fully covered without the hassle of deposits or post-stay claims required by the Airbnb Aircover program. It’s our way of ensuring a smooth, worry-free experience from check-in to check-out.
