(An additional fee of 300 per day will be applied for each undeclared Guest/Visitors.) • Strictly No Smoking and No Vaping in the Unit • No Pets Allowed • Clean as-you-go policy • Cooking of Food with Strong Smell like Daing or Tuyo is not allowed • Tone down noise after 9 pm onwards • Parent Consent with Signature and IDs are required for 18 y.o below if not accompanied by an adult. • Entering/Exiting Fire Exits without Emergency is Strictly Prohibited • Please avoid excessive noise • Each Guest is required to submit a valid ID for admin registration. A day before the check-in. 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Only light cooking is allowed i.e (rice,eggs, hotdogs,noodles) • Bawal po mag gisa, deep fry and magluto po ng daing,tinapa,bagoong or any type of food with strong smell • Guests are welcome to bring any cooked food and simply reheat it inside the unit. 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Cigarrete/Vape Smoke Odor Removal – ₱1,000 to ₱20,000 (depending on severity of the Cigarrete/Vape Smoke Odor) • Damaged / Lost Items – Current Replacement Cost • Stained/Damaged Bedsheet - ₱1000 • Stained/Damaged Blankets- ₱1000 • Stained/Damaged Towels - ₱500 per item • Stained/Damaged Pillow Cases– ₱200 per item • Improper Cooking – ₱1,000 penalty • Excessive Mess – ₱1,000 cleaning fee Freebies: Coffee and Drinking Water Please inform the host to arrange pool access and a parking slot if needed.
